Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Come celebrate Halloween with a fun FREE Stroller Strides Class at Bliss Park. Stroller Strides is a total body workout that moms can do with their small children and includes cardio, strength and core work. All fitness levels are welcome and costumes are encouraged for kids and moms! Following the workout we will have a costume parade and stroller trick or treating at 10:30am. If you are planning to participate in the trick or treating we just ask that you bring enough "treats" for about 20 kids. This is the 5 and under crowd so snacks, stickers and bubbles are examples of perfect treats for them!

Rushing from one task or activity to the next can create chaos in our body and mind, especially during this time of year, and yoga helps us to develop the balance we all require. This class is an all-levels style class, led by certified teacher Heather Locklear of Dragonfly Wellness & Yoga, and appropriate for everyone. The poses offered are primarily Kripalu-style; calm and supportive (but you will still be getting a workout.) This class offers an opportunity to express gratitude and thankfulness for being able to experience another day
