Yoga Night

Evening Flow ~
Rushing from one task or activity to the next can create chaos in our body and mind, especially during this time of year, and yoga helps us to develop the balance we all require. This class is an all-levels style class, led by certified teacher Heather Locklear of Dragonfly Wellness & Yoga, and appropriate for everyone. The poses offered are primarily Kripalu-style; calm and supportive (but you will still be getting a workout.) This class offers an opportunity to express gratitude and thankfulness for being able to experience another day
